Answer the Call of the Green at Our New Golf Specialty Site
New Site Showcases Golf Properties
Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in Philadelphia and Bucks County, Pa., today announced the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s launch of a golf specialty market website, the latest in a planned series of branded websites for specialty markets.
The specialized website, which can be found at golfpropertysir.com, matches the look and feel of the brand’s website, sothebysrealty.com, and provides detailed golf lifestyle listing information and resources. The website enables buyers and sellers to search for the finest properties in this segment and the sales professionals who represent them. It covers a full spectrum of lifestyle types and properties including: living on a golf course, proximity to a golf course and living adjacent to a golf course. The site was launched with more than $22 billion of golf property listings worldwide.
“Golf enthusiasts are a very dedicated group of consumers,” said Wendy Purvey, chief marketing officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “For those looking to immerse themselves in this lifestyle, we can offer a truly global perspective on a wide variety of extraordinary properties, from those located on a golf course to those within a specific distance of a course.”
The website will also highlight notable sales including the sale of Kamuela Big Island in Hawaii for $26.5 million and features area-focused sections and advanced search capabilities.
“Even though we are not in a golf resort market, we have clients who to make the sport a larger part of their lives and find a second home that meets the demands of their lifestyle,” said Donald Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. “We can now offer this additional avenue for them to find comprehensive details on quality properties in locations that fit their needs, whether they prefer to stay within the U.S. or look abroad.”
Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty has offices in Philadelphia and New Hope, Pa. Its 50 agents serve buyers and sellers throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line and Bucks County.
The Sotheby’s International Realty network currently has 12,800 sales associates located in approximately 660 offices in 47 countries and territories worldwide. Each office is independently owned and operated.
