The c. 1727 Logan Inn, New Hope’s oldest, continuously operating hotel and tavern, has new owners. On December 23, Jersey City, N.J.-based Landmark Hospitality Group purchased the real estate and business from Pete Gialias for $5,600,000. Michael Richardson of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller; Caryn Black of Addison Wolfe represented the buyer, an expanding hotel and events firm that also owns Hotel du Village in Solebury Township as well as properties throughout New Jersey. Landmark Hospitality plans to renovate and expand the Logan Inn to increase the number of guest rooms and outdoor event space.
