Top Luxury Real Estate Sales in July

Where was the highest-priced property sale among Sotheby’s International Realty offices in July 2013? Not too surprisingly, it was in The Hamptons, a $25,000,000, 20-acre flag lot in a prime location.

NYC co op

In second place is a 14-room co-op in a pre-war building along Park Ave. in Manhattan sold for $23,000,000. Pictured above, it sports elaborate detail from its floor to its ceilings.

Montecito, Calif., is home to the third-place sale, a “classic California cattle ranch” on 3,2350 acres. Click here to see the entire list of July’s significant sales or visit the Significant Sales page on to examples of recent listings Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty has represented.
