To the Ardmore Office: The Times Building, Suite 800 (610)902-9440
Follow Interstate 95 (which is also the NJ Turnpike) until it intersects the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike west to Route 476 South. Follow 476 to Route 30. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 30 East (also called Lancaster Ave.) Follow this road until it intersects with Anderson Avenue. Turn left onto Anderson and follow it under the railroad bridge. Make the next left into Suburban Square. Parking is either curbside (there are meters) or behind the buildings to the right. Our office is in the Times Building (the large office building in the center of the square).
To the New Hope Office: 6038 Lower York Road (215)794-3227
Follow Interstate 80 or Route 287 South to Route 202 South. Follow 202 South through New Jersey to the Pennsylvania bridge. After crossing into Pennsylvania, continue on Route 202 South approximately 3 miles until you reach Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty. The main office (where our conference room and receptionist are located) is on the left side.
To the Doylestown Office: 188 North Main Street (215)348-5400
Follow Interstate 80 or Route 287 South to Route 202 South. Follow 202 South through New Jersey to the Pennsylvania bridge. After crossing into Pennsylvania, continue on Route 202 South for approximately 8 miles until you reach the Borough of Doylestown. After crossing Route 313, Route 202 will bear to the left. Follow this road until you see the Main Street exit. Turn right and follow Main Street through the center of town until you pass Starbucks on the left and the Bucks County Courthouse on the right. Kurfiss will be on the left. To park, pass the building and turn left at the traffic light. You will see a second Kurfiss sign. Turn left into the parking lot.
To the Springtown Office: 3244 Route 212 (610)346-6912
Follow Interstate 78 into Pennsylvania and exit at Route 412 South. Follow Route 412 through Hellertown until it intersects with Route 212. Bear left onto Route 212 and follow the road approximately 2 miles into Springtown. The office is on the right, just before the Springtown Inn.
