Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty and Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty announce an exciting alliance. Matt and Jud Henderson, owners of Henderson SIR, and Donald Pearson, the chairman of Kurfiss SIR, are thrilled to let area residents on both sides of the Delaware River know that the two premier brokerages have teamed up to better serve buyers and sellers alike.
The alliance allows both companies to cross-market listings within the other’s respective offices, affording sellers unique exposure to the many qualified buyers each firm represents.
Jud Henderson pointed out the need for such an alliance. “While each of our companies has agents that are licensed on both sides of the river, we don’t pretend to know the Bucks County marketplace as well as Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty does. It’s the same way that we know and serve the Mercer County area. It occurred to us to leave it to the pros who have dominant market share positions in each area for a reason.”
The alliance also will enable buyers to easily search both companies’ listings while on either website (hendersonsir.com or kurfiss.com). “It’s great to be able to partner our two companies in this fashion,” says Pearson. “It’s important for our sellers to know that we have direct access to the broadest pool of buyers considering our area. Often people move across the river in both directions for a change of lifestyle, or relocating buyers will consider both the greater Princeton area and Bucks County as a place to settle near Philadelphia and New York. This arrangement just makes sense.”
The alliance will have this key reciprocal internet component, and also will involve cooperative print media advertising opportunities. In addition, agents from both companies will be provided notice to new and upcoming listings and personally invited to campaign launch events.
