RELEASE DATE: JULY 1, 2010

Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty, a real-estate firm with offices in Bucks County, Pa., and Philadelphia, announced today
that it has launched a new version of its popular web site, Kurfiss.com.

"Our web site is our calling card to the world, and we felt it was time to add features and improve the search function on the site," said Donald D. Pearson, chairman. "We have made changes to help home buyers shopping for properties as well as our listing clients, who want the best exposure online for their homes."

Some of the most significant improvements include:

  • The addition of mapping to the the property search area, a frequently requested feature by users, particularly those moving from outside southeastern Pennsylvania. The maps zoom in and out so buyers can see which homes are for sale in particular towns, neighborhoods and developments.

  • A global search field on every page that enables home seekers to search by street, city or MLS number.

  • Advanced search options to help buyers quickly find properties with the amenities most important to them.

Kurfiss SIR also will enrich the general content on the site by adding real-estate industry news, special property galleries, enhanced area guides and consumer-oriented information about listing and buying properties.

Kurfiss.com attracts an average of 10,000 unique visitors each month, and the company anticipates increasing its repeat visitors with the enhanced content.

Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty is a privately owned real-estate firm with offices in New Hope, Pa., and Center City Philadelphia. Its 50 agents serve southeastern Pennsylvania and select New Jersey markets.
