Donald Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, and Melodie Kahr, broker associate in the Kurfiss SIR Philadelphia office, are pleased to announce that two agents have joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.
Ann Dragon
A native of Cherry Hill, N.J., Ann Dragon has more than 25 years in the real estate industry. She is licensed in New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania. Her background began with residential real estate appraising in the New York metro area. She moved on to relocation, assisting corporate transferees with all aspects of the relocation process. Her experience in the relocation business taught her to understand the complexities and emotions that clients experience when buying and selling their homes. Before joining Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, Dragon had the benefit of working with the Sotheby’s brand at the corporate level, assisting affiliates with the branding and tools associated with Sotheby’s International Realty. She is knowledgeable about the markets she serves and is able to deliver impeccable, personalized service that are in sync with the high standards and commitment she has to the profession she loves.
Jeanne June-Mayer
Jeanne June-Mayer began her career as a professional photographer, teacher and exhibiting artist in Philadelphia. She and her husband Frank, now empty nesters, have made Rittenhouse Square their home. As a Pennsylvania-licensed Realtor and resident, June-Mayer brings her love for Philadelphia to Center City living. She is currently working towards the Realtor's NAR Green Designation for residential and commercial properties, developments and communities. Over the years, June-Mayer has been associated with some of Philadelphia’s finest institutions; Albert Einstein Medical Center, The Art Institute of Philadelphia, MUSE Gallery, the Schuylkill Dragons, and The Academy of Natural Sciences to name a few. . . from time to time Jeanne can also be found paddling through the back bays of Avalon, New Jersey - cooler by a mile!
