Patrick Pearson joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty from sunny Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he sold residential real estate in the mid-level and luxury markets, represented new residential, multi-unit construction -- a category that has grown dramatically in Brazil in the past few years -- and also assisted clients with rentals and locating second homes.
Before his launching his real estate career, Patrick worked in finance, where he traded U.S. and Latin American equities. He then went on to enroll in the M.B.A. program strictus Sensus in Fundação Getulio Vargas. Earlier he obtained a B.S. degree in finance and economics from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College in Boston, Mass.
Now based in Philadelphia, Patrick is focused on finding real value for buyers, where a wise investment can make a difference in their financial futures. Known for his patience and kind nature, Patrick strives to understand clients’ needs to price and market their properties and to better optimize buyers’ real estate searches.
Patrick is fluent in Portuguese and English and also speaks Spanish and French. He enjoys equestrian pursuits, tennis, running and other fitness activities, but most importantly he enjoys time with his family.
