Kurfiss SIR seeks licensed professionals who believe that clients come first. We require excellent communication skills, a strong business or corporate sales background, good computer skills, a familiarity with our primary market area(s), a strong personal network, professional appearance and dedication to high-quality of service.
A real estate license is required to practice in both Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. Earning this license requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction and successful completion of a state-administered examination, plus continuing education each year.
