Lischen is a third-generation Bucks County resident who has raised three children in the Solebury community of Carversville. Prior to her return to Carversville, the professional lives of her and her husband of 28 years enabled them to experience life and diverse real-estate experiences in Manhattan, Boston’s North Shore, and Mill Valley, Calif., in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Lischen’s professional career included roles of increasing responsibility in human resources with a focus on benefit and risk management and specialization in the self-insured group oversight. She began her career at the Boston Museum of Science and moved on to retail holding company Waban, Inc. where she led the benefits administration team for multiple retail brands and an insured base of several thousand employees. An opportunity to join management consulting firm Foster Higgins lead her to Manhattan. After several years, she went out on her own to provide human resource outsourcing and consulting services to several New York-based institutions.
Lischen is a licensed agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and, out of her love for Bucks County, chose real estate to relaunch her professional career. She enjoys a rich life experience there and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with people from all walks of life. Intuitive, analytical and thoughtful, Lischen is prepared to guide sellers through all facets of the marketing process and buyers through the selection and evaluation process so that they can find a property that meets all of their objectives.
