Born and raised in the real estate industry, Heidi’s inclination toward real estate is natural as she grew up in a family of real estate brokers, developers, and investors. Licensed in 2002, Heidi began her career working with buyers and sellers in the Philadelphia suburbs. After a 15 year career in dance, she returned to real estate in 2014 with a focus on Center City, where she has been a full-time resident for over 18 years.  After spending four years with Coldwell Banker Preferred and recognized as a top sales performer, Heidi was asked to join Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty in 2019 and was voted a Five Star Real Estate Professional by Philadelphia Magazine.

Her expertise lies in Center City real estate where she has a strong command of the condominium market ranging from luxury high-rises to historic brownstones.  As a Center City resident, her intimate knowledge of the local neighborhoods has proven to be an invaluable asset for clients looking to buy, sell or relocate in Philadelphia.
