Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that three of its agents have earned spots on the 2020 REAL Trends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list based on individual sales volume.

Lisa Yakulis, in the company’s Main Line office, is #2 in Pennsylvania overall and the top Sotheby’s International Realty agent in the state; Wendie Steffens, in the company’s Chestnut Hill office, is #24; Kim Whetzel, also based in the Chestnut Hill office, is #25, The rankings were released on June 24, 2020. They rank the most productive agents and teams by state based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume.
Yakulis, a perennial top producer on the Main Line, earned her spot with $54,253,352 in sales in 2019. Steffens, with business centered in the Fort Washington/Ambler area, generated $25,052,400 in sales last year; Whetzel, a powerhouse in the Chestnut Hill/Mt. Airy market, registered $24,722,651.60 in sales volume.
This is REAL Trends’ eighth year producing the rankings. Based in Castle Rock, Colo., REAL Trends is a consulting, valuations, mergers & acquisitions and business planning firm that has been advising brokerages for over 30 years.
