Top realtor Caryn Black has joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty’s Bucks County office, company Chairman Donald D. Pearson announced today.
“Caryn is an outstanding agent, a top performer at her previous company, and I know that she is poised for even greater success with the market reach and support our company offers her,” says Pearson.
Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Black was born and raised in New York and is an entrepreneur at heart. As such, she brings creative thinking, an unstoppable work ethic and high energy to each and every client. She uses every available resource, particularly in technology, event marketing and social media, to achieve outstanding results for her clients.
“I love what I do, and the greatest reward is feedback from clients expressing their gratitude about their experience while I was either selling their home, helping them purchase a new property or both,” says Caryn. “I want only success for my clients.”
Caryn’s commercial deals include representing the buyers of Hotel du Village in Solebury Township, Bucks County, and The Logan Inn, New Hope’s oldest tavern, which closed on Dec. 23, 2015.
