Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty serves buyers and sellers in the greater Philadelphia area, in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, the Lehigh Valley and in select markets in New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Hunterdon counties. Founded by David Kurfiss as Kurfiss Real Estate in New Hope, Pa., the company was purchased in 1991 by Donald Pearson, who continues in the chairman role today. Under his leadership, the company expanded from its flagship location in New Hope to offices in Rittenhouse Square and Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia and in Bryn Mawr on the Main Line. It is from these four business centers that our agents assist clients throughout the Philadelphia region.
