Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty is a boutique-sized firm with four offices covering Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties and the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and select markets in New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Hunterdon and Gloucester counties. We seek experienced realtors licensed in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey who value their clients’ business and advise and represent their clients accordingly. Our agents typically have a strong roster of repeat and referral business and are able to use all that the Sotheby’s International Realty brand offers to stay connected with their sphere of influence.
Services for Agents
Services available to all agents include state-of-the-art technology and marketing, including CURRENT, a full suite of tools from Sotheby’s International Realty available to agents to assist with every aspect of their business; company-paid professional photography, graphic design and copywriting along with sign installation. In addition, our marketing staff is available to consult with agents on scripting property and agent videos and social-media and direct-mail marketing for themselves and their clients and connecting CRMs to their marketing. Don’t forget, too, that Sotheby’s International Realty brings unparalleled exposure for your clients’ properties on important web sites popular throughout the U.S. and around the world.
A real-estate license is required to practice in both Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. Earning this license requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction and successful completion of a state-administered examination, plus continuing education each year.
