Striving to gain more exposure for clients’ homes — that is the impetus behind  a commitment by Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty to enhance exposure for  properties on four important real estate web sites. The enhanced relationships  now include: Realtor.com, Philly.com, Trulia.com and Zillow.com. Kurfiss SIR listings appear at or near the top of search results pages on these four sites and most include the company  logo, helping to bring these properties to the attention of active buyers. These  four sites complement the extensive exposure given Kurfiss SIR listings on
nytimes.com and wsj.com via the company’s affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty.

“I have no doubt that with this enhanced exposure, we are generating more attention for our clients’
homes and ultimately more inquiries,” said Donald D. Pearson, chairman of  Kurfiss SIR.

In addition to the enhanced presence on the six sites listed above, Kurfiss SIR also feeds its listings to the following web sites:

sothebysrealty.com
PropGOLuxury.com
homes.com
HomeFinder.com
AOLrealestate.com
Yahoorealestate.com
JamesList.com
WashingtonPost.com
IHT.com

Openhouse.com
