Main Line Real Estate Agency Opens New Office in Radnor Township Homes for Sale

KSIR Spring 14 Philly Style AdKurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty Chairman Donald D. Pearson announced this week that the company will launch a new office in Bryn Mawr in April 2014. The location will serve clients throughout the Main Line and additional parts of Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties.

“The Main Line offers many world-class properties, and Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty will now provide a platform that exposes those homes to a global audience,” says Pearson. “We are well prepared to reach a regional, national and worldwide buyer pool, backed up by client-focused agents, professional photography, which is vital for every home, and a marketing team that proactively oversees our inventory and how it is promoted.”

Real Estate Agency on the Main Line

The new office will be located in Bryn Mawr next to the train station and will be managed by Stephanie Biello, associate broker. Biello brings many years of experience in real estate, including representing 10 Rittenhouse during a key phase in its launch. While there, she sold $25,000,000 in units and received the “2010 Best Real Estate Deal in Philadelphia Award.” Prior to working in real estate, she managed a retail shop on the Main Line. Biello is currently interviewing candidates who are licensed realtors in Pennsylvania and will finalize the roster as the finishing touches are put on the office space over the next six weeks.
