Though October is quickly passing, there is still time to make the most out of the rest of Fall. We’ve outlined a few can’t-miss events in the Philadelphia area:
Where: Longwood Gardens
When: October 21st, 7:00-9:00
What to Expect: Partnering with Victory Brewing, Longwood Gardens has had two beers brewed with ingredients from the garden itself. Gain a deeper appreciation for the brewing process as well as the beauty of Fall in this iconic landmark.
Where: Lincoln Financial Stadium
When: October 24th, 11:00-5:00
What to Expect: Cheesesteaks. Glorious, beautiful cheesesteaks. 40+ vendors, beer, entertainment, musical acts Go-Go- Gadget, Stellar Mojo, & Blackthorn and games. All hosted inside of The ‘Linc.’
Where: Kelly Drive between the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Falls Bridge
When: October 24th, 25th
What to Expect: Great weather and lots of rowers. This regatta is unique in that all levels of competitors participate (though not at the same time). The Schuylkill River is a beautiful backdrop for this festive event. There is no admission fee but you might want to bring a few dollars for the vendors. Come see a true Philadelphia tradition that is as enjoyable as it is distinguished.

When: October 22nd-November 1st
What to Expect: A plethora of high quality film debuts. With so many screening times and theater options, there’s no reason not to get out and see a film out of your comfort zone. Some highlights include Michael Moore’s Where to Invade Next and Anomalisa. See the schedule for screening times.
Where: All over the greater Philadelphia region–Bucks County, The Main Line, New Hope, Center City and more.
