Donald Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that the company has welcomed back experienced agent Michael Strickland to its Bucks County office, effective January 1, 2016.
A highly regarded professional with 15 years’ experience selling real estate, Strickland’s business is well balanced between buyers and sellers. “I genuinely enjoy both sides of this business, helping buyers find just the right place to call home, and helping connect sellers with the best audience for their properties,” says Strickland. “I believe being part of Sotheby’s International Realty will enable me to reach a broader audience for my listings.”
“I have known Michael for most of his career in real estate, and I know that he brings a mix of solid business skills and creative thinking to his work. Most importantly, he is very good with clients and has the repeat and referral business to show for it,” says Pearson.
Strickland has experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Bucks County and into Saucon Valley, Historic Bethlehem and other select areas. He has successfully represented many types of properties, including country estates, equestrian and farm properties, weekend getaways, new construction, mid-century modern residences and more.
