Donald D. Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced recently that the firm has opened a Main Line office on the first floor of the Bryn Mawr Central building at 25 Morris Ave. across from the train station.
“We are excited to bring Main Line residents client-focused service. The Sotheby’s International Realty platform truly differentiates itself from that of any other firm, and it is this highly professional approach that we look forward to introducing to sellers and buyers here,” said Mr. Pearson. The company has had ongoing business on the Main Line that previously was handled via its Rittenhouse Square office.
Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty’s Main Line operations are managed by associate broker Stephanie Biello. Formerly the sales manager for the luxury condominium building 10 Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, Ms. Biello has been a licensed realtor for more than 12 years and is assembling a group of experienced Main Line agents. “We are interested in building a tight-knit team that understands the power of the brand and the level of service expected by our clients. Our global reach allows marketing opportunities for our clients that are unparalleled in our market,” said Ms. Biello.
Colleen Rinear is the office’s administrative assistant and conveyancer.
