Tropical Storm Karen may be coming to Philadelphia on Monday and Tuesday, but the weather this Sunday will be perfect for taking in public open houses in Philadelphia and Bucks County. Among the properties that are open this Sunday are new listings in Philadelphia, including a just-renovated Georgian-style townhouse at 316 S. 10th St. in Washington Square West, pictured at left, and a two-unit historical home at 2040 Pine Street in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood.
Among other Philadelphia real estate offerings open on Sunday are the bi-level top-floor residence at 1800 Pine, where the buyer can still choose the kitchen and bath finishes, and a spectacular unit at The Rittenhouse Plaza at 1901 Walnut overlooking the park.
Farther north in Bucks County, there are six houses open, including a most unusual home, a duo-decagon house, located at 2119 S. Sugan Road in New Hope. With its open floor plan, this is the sort of space that is just waiting for a little Dwell magazine-style makeover. Also open, 110 Clay Ridge Road, a contemporary home in Tinicum Township in a beautiful, private setting; a superbly maintained, center-hall colonial at 1100 Pineville Rd. in the Buckingham Agricultural District (with wonderful views); an expanded center-hall colonial at 4700 Dickinson Way in Buckingham Township with lovely long-distance views from its rear deck and yard; a totally renovated, open-plan contemporary with pool and tennis court at 2936 Burnt House Hill Rd. in Buckingham Township; and a Ferman Lex-built home at 5 Devon Drive in the super desirable Bridlewood Farms community just south of New Hope borough.
