The Residences at Rabbit Run Creek, developer Tom Scannapieco’s newest project in the New Hope, Pa., real-estate market, has broken ground and is on its way to completing its first phase of luxury town homes by Spring 2016. Situated just off Route 202 near the “backdoor” entrance to Union Square and New Hope Borough, the 20-acre site eventually will have 37 custom townhouses ranging from 3,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet, all with elevators, garages and private rear patios. Surrounding the homes will be five acres of walkable woodlands, “primitive” trails, a small stream and 2,100 linear feet of sidewalks and paths, making this a pet-friendly community, too.
Interiors will be fully customizable for the buyer who wants to go beyond the standard floor plan and finishes. Present floor plans show a two-story foyer with relatively open living and dining areas on each side; a large kitchen/casual dining area/great room beyond; and access to a rear patio from the great room to extend the living space to the outdoors. Because each unit has its own elevator, all bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. Lower levels can be finished to serve as additional living space. Architectural design was done by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners.
Deposits have been made on most of the units included in the first phase of construction. The second phase is expected to “open” and begin accepting deposits in January 2016.
