Dianne Burkitt is a life-long Main Line resident who knows the area from east to west and enjoys sharing her expertise with buyers. Growing up in Narberth and then Villanova, Dianne graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia. She initially worked in medical sales for 10 years, and her energy and work ethic put her a step ahead of her competition.
“I absolutely never give up. I rise to the challenge, and I pride myself on being reliable for my clients,” says Dianne. “I think that part of being a good negotiator in any business situation involves being a creative thinker, and that is one quality I bring to my real-estate business.”
Dianne chose to earn a real-estate license so that she could apply her sales experience and knowledge of the Main Line with newcomers, sellers and established residents who needed to upsize or downsize.
“I love taking care of out-of-town clients who are new to the Main Line, and I enjoy sharing my contacts so that they can feel like they know whom to call in the area,” says Dianne.
With so many exceptional historical houses on the Main Line, it’s no surprise that Dianne renovated a 100-year-old house in Wayne and also updated a mid-century home in Rosement, plus a few shore houses, so she brings vision to properties that may be less than perfect but have possibilities.
“I love the thought of finding homes, not just houses,” says Dianne.
