Hannah McFarland's career in real estate began in New York City over a decade ago at Sotheby’s International Realty. In addition to her professional experience assisting clients, Hannah has been and continues to be personally active in real estate having purchased, renovated and sold luxury residential properties in Philadelphia, Manhattan and in the Hamptons. Hannah's strengths lie in seeing the value and opportunity in properties, as well as in her dedication to taking the utmost care of her clients and making the process of buying and selling properties as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
In addition to Hannah's passion for real estate, she is proud of her early professional career in philanthropy, having created The New York Public Library's Young Lions Program, The New York Public Library's Young Lions Fiction Award, The Library's Cubs Program and The Carnegie Hall Notables Program for donors. Her success both in philanthropy and in entrepreneurial ventures have been noted in media outlets including Vanity Fair magazine, The Wall Street Journal, New York magazine and The Financial Times.
Hannah has recently moved back to her roots in the Philadelphia area where she lives with her two young daughters in the Chestnut Hill section of the City. Besides devoting her time to her family and career, she also continues to be active in philanthropy as she is on The Pennsylvania Ballet's Leadership Committee and is involved in other Philadelphia-area charities.
