With many years’ experience buying and selling properties in both Bucks and Hunterdon counties, Jeffrey has developed a deep understanding of the Bucks and Hunterdon county housing market and all it has to offer. If you’re looking for a historical home in need of updating, Jeffrey can utilize his experience renovating and selling historical houses to guide you through the intricacies of finding just the right historical home and bringing it back to its full splendor. If you’re looking for a home that’s ready to move into immediately, needing only your family and belongings to be the perfect dwelling, Jeffrey can help you find the ideal home to match your needs and lifestyle while avoiding all possible complications. Finally, if you’re looking for a hobby farm, horse estate, or any other venture requiring a rural acreage, Jeffrey’s experience and expertise in these properties will guide you through the nuances of rural properties from wetland delineation to soil testing to the multitude of zoning variabilities that exist in the area. Having made the move from urban dweller to hobby farmer himself, nothing gives him more pleasure than helping others with similar dreams.
After completing an undergraduate degree in English and Creative Writing, extensive graduate studies in education, international affairs, and law as well as study abroad in Ireland, Germany and France, Jeffrey worked as a teacher and school administrator in Chicago’s South Side and in Harlem, NYC. Though his time in urban education was deeply fulfilling, dreams of living a more rural life brought him to the Hunterdon and Bucks county area. After continuing his career in education in Hunterdon County, Jeffrey decided to put his passion for real estate and helping others to work as a realtor with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. Jeffrey’s experience in the area as a school district administrator, property rehabber, and most importantly, a resident in love with the area, lends itself well to helping home buyers and sellers in the Central Bucks, Upper Bucks, and Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania and the Hunterdon and upper Mercer County area of New Jersey.
When not working with clients to fulfill their needs as buyers and/or sellers, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his many hobbies including gardening, cooking, mid-century modern and primitive antiques, AKC dog show judging, old movies and reading. “No matter where your interests lie, be it spending time pursuing outdoor and nature activities, sampling some of the finest and most diverse restaurant offerings on the east coast, or visiting the numerous art galleries and museums in the area, no part of the country has more to offer than Hunterdon and Bucks counties, and with New York City and Philadelphia just a short drive or train ride away, it truly is the perfect place to live,” he says.
I was a first time home buyer, and Jeffrey was super patient and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't show me anything out of price range or that I didn't want. Even though I changed my mind multiple times and flooded him with newbie questions, Jeffrey never showed anything but professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor. Thank you, Jeffrey, for making my first time home buying experience comfortable and seamless.
