Joanne Lombardi comes to Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty with many professional accomplishments behind her. As an experienced meeting planner and operations professional, she brings an outstanding ability to balance the needs and concerns of clients, a critical skill for a real estate professional.
Before joining Kurfiss SIR’s Philadelphia office, Joanne managed the daily operations of two professional associations, served as a liaison between professional associations and state government in New Jersey and planned many, many meetings and conventions during her first career. She has experience in many industries, including medical professional associations, travel and tourism, engineers, architects, builders, landscape architects and even New Jersey liquor store owners.
Her business experience connects well to the demands of assisting buyers and sellers. “I have an ability to see, understand and evaluate business circumstances and apply viable solutions, and I have found that this approach fits well when talking with clients about their needs when helping them find their next home,” says Lombardi. When focusing on helping clients sell a property, “I am a strategic planner, pragmatic in nature, and I will go the extra mile for the best results,” she says.
Lombardi is a resident of Philadelphia. She graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University. She is active in the Friends of the Avenue of the Arts and enjoys the wide range of cultural offerings in the city.
