The genesis of Joe McCabe’s interest in real estate began while he was a college student and bought his first rental property. Although his career took him into medical publishing and marketing, his interest in investment properties continued to grow, eventually becoming one of his areas of expertise.
A long-time resident of Bucks County, Pa., who splits his time between New Hope and his hometown of Philadelphia, Joe obtained his real-estate license more than 14 years ago. Although he handles many residential real-estate transactions each year, Joe is a “numbers” guy and is an excellent resource for clients who are making investment and commercial purchases and want to calculate return on investment. He truly enjoys matching properties to clients and seeing opportunities for clients that they may not see themselves.
“I am very patient with clients. It can take quite a while to find the right property, whether it’s a primary residence, a getaway house or an investment property, and I want my buyers to feel very comfortable with their decisions,” says Joe. “Similarly, it can take time for the right buyer to come along, so it’s important to me to keep my sellers updated on activity on their homes and trends in the market.”
In addition to real-estate, Joe also teaches a class in personal finance each semester at Bergen County Community College in New Jersey.
Joe earned a B.A. in finance from Rider University, and an M.B.A. from Eastern University. Prior to obtaining his real-estate license more than 14 years ago, he worked as director of marketing for a medical publishing company. He is based in the Philadelphia office and can be reached via email or on cell at 267.980.8346.
