Susan Ravenscroft is a Pennsylvania Licensed Realtor. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. cum laude from Harvard-Radcliffe College. She has been affiliated with Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty since 2002. For the first three years she was on staff, assisting realtors with listing presentations for significant properties. Since 2005, she has worked directly with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. She has listed and sold architecturally significant properties in the Philadelphia suburbs.
She was formerly Vice President of Christie's Inc. and Regional Director of Christie's Philadelphia office. During her tenure at Christie's Inc., Ms. Ravenscroft assisted auction sellers and buyers throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. After graduating from Wharton, Ms. Ravenscroft was an Operations Research Officer at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company in New York, where she developed statistical models of the stock market.
She is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia's Main Line. She has served on numerous non-profit boards. She is a past Chairman of the Rosenbach Museum & Library, past Chairman of the Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania and past Treasurer of The Children's House, the Gladwyne Montessori School. She also served as Vice Chairman of the Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation. She is a past Treasurer of the Board of the Main Line Arts Center. Susan is also fluent in Spanish.
