The latest edition of “Reside” magazine from Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty was published on October 18 and inserted into print copies of The Wall Street Journal for home subscribers throughout the greater Philadelphia area and in Princeton, N.J.

The Fall 2019 edition, with a stately Georgian-style residence on Philadelphia’s Main Line on its cover, showcases editorial content from Barron’s and Dow Jones reporters along with dozens of properties represented by Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty as well as a luxury condominium in Long Branch, N.J., being marketed by Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty and exceptional Margate and Ventnor, N.J., properties represented by Soleil Sotheby’s International Realty. Topics in this issue are wide-ranging, from a feature on architect Santiago Calatrava’s recent Dubai project, the evolution of Craftsman-style homes, hot springs around the world, a look inside the world’s most exclusive wine and spirits clubs, highlights of the Monteverde Vecchio neighborhood in Rome, and many articles covering trends in travel, culture, food, architecture and design.

“We have used Reside as a way to elegantly place our property listings in front of an ideal audience of Wall Street Journal readers,” says Donald Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. “Dow Jones provides very compelling articles that are wonderful companion pieces to the homes we are marketing.”
