The honed absolute black granite counter tops provide a beautiful contrast to the light cabinetry and stainless steel Fisher Paykel appliances. The living room is centered by a gas fireplace with a custom molding mimicking the molding on the exterior of the Michael Graves addition, visible just outside the oversized living room windows. At the very back of the house, the two-story Michael Graves addition creates a family room on the first floor and a master suite with a study/sitting area and full bath on the second floor. Beautifully integrated from within, the careful and deliberate exterior design carries the cedar siding from the original home through the base of the addition, creating a continuity when viewing the home from the backyard. The front yard features bluestone walkways leading to a central courtyard and accentuated by flowering trees, adding to the appeal of a home that was already built in harmony with its surroundings. This unique neighborhood is not only beloved for its distinctive architecture, but also for its enviable location, just blocks from the Littlebrook School and Princeton Shopping Center, and minutes from downtown Princeton.
