Sotheby’s International Realty announced this week that on The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals ranking issued by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends this month, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand accounted for 15% of the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume list.
Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty Inc. in Southampton, N.Y., and Craig Morris of Morris & Fyrwald Sotheby’s International Realty in Aspen, Colo., ranked fourth and eighth on the Individual Sales Professionals by Sales volume list, respectively.
Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive affiliate for the brand in southeastern Pennsylvania, including Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties, and also serves select markets in New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Hunterdon counties.
The Thousand ranks America’s Top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on annual 2010 sales volume and transaction sides. It features four separate categories honoring the Top 250 residential sales agents and agent teams for excellence in: • Individual Sales Professionals by Sales volume • Individual Sales Professionals by Transaction sides • Team Professionals by Sales Volume • Team Professionals by Transaction sides
The SIR brand also had nearly 4% of the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume list. These results are significant for the brand because despite its status as a small and growing boutique approach to real estate, it is leaving a significant mark in each of the markets it serves.
