Donald Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Thomas Hora and Stefan Dahlmark have recently joined the company’s Bucks County office in New Hope, Pa. After being in real estate for 19 years, they have sold well over $100,000,000 in real estate in that time.
Originally from Ohio, Hora attended prep-school in southern Virginia, eventually returning to Ohio where he would pursue both his undergraduate studies and law school. Prior to moving to New Hope, Pa., Hora practiced law for 17 years in Philadelphia. He ultimately felt compelled to obtain his real-estate license in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania because of his proximity to clients in both states and because of his specialty in real estate, wills, and probate. Hora has been a licensed realtor for 19 years and continues to practice law. Visit Tom’s web site here.
Stefan Dahlmark has been a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for the past 19 years. He and Tom Hora have been business partners since beginning their careers in real estate — say “Tom and Stefan” to anyone in the business in Bucks County and they usually know it means Tom Hora and Stefan Dahlmark.
Dahlmark was born and raised in Sweden. He attended school in Gothenberg and performed military service in Gavle, Sweden. Dahlmark lived in Mallorca and Tenerife, working in the tourist industry for VING/SAS before coming to the United States in the 1990s. As such, he is fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. He has lived and worked in Bucks and Hunterdon counties for more than 25 years and knows both the homes and terrain of both sides of the Delaware River well. Visit Stefan’s web site here.
“We are very happy to welcome Tom and Stefan to our company,” said Pearson. “They exemplify everything we look for in our agents: dedication to serving their clients well; a commitment to networking; and an understanding that there is a critical advantage to a marketing platform that is much bigger than the local marketplace.”
Hora and Dahlmark are known as “The Bucks Home Team” and shortly will have their web site back up and running.
“We are pleased to have found a real-estate company in Bucks County that is small enough to feel almost boutique-sized, yet it has the marketing reach and resources of a much larger company,” said Hora and Dahlmark. “We look forward to introducing our clients to the expanded marketing available through Kurfiss.”
