Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty welcomed experienced residential and commercial realtor Joe McCabe to its Philadelphia and Bucks County offices in late January.
“Joe is a very good fit for our company because his business stretches from Bucks County to Philadelphia,” says Donald Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. “His experience working with residential and investor clients in both markets is quite impressive.”
While Joe’s primary business is with residential buyers and sellers, he also has a strong interest in real-estate investment. With an M.B.A. from Eastern University, McCabe is a “numbers” guy who truly enjoys helping clients find multi-family and commercial properties, helping them to calculate return on investment and make decisions about when to buy and sell. He purchased his first investment property while he was an undergraduate at Rider University, and even while working in publishing and marketing, he maintained a strong interest in real estate. A resident of New Hope who divides his time between Bucks County and Philadelphia, McCabe is launching several residential listings over the coming weeks, including an iconic home in the village of Lumberville.
Joe is known for his patience working with clients and low-pressure approach. He is also a skillful teacher and has taught personal finance for Bergen County Community College for several semesters.
