On behalf of our Chairman, Donald Pearson, we are pleased to welcome John Armich to Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.
“My interest in other cultures is one reason I feel the Sotheby’s International Realty brand is such a good fit for my career,” says John. “It’s a unique platform for marketing my clients’ properties and for building a network of referral business literally from all over the world.”
A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, John Armich has spent many years immersed in real estate, first as an agent and property manager in San Francisco in the 1990s focusing mainly on commercial and multi-family properties, then as a highly regarded architectural photographer for residential real-estate brokerages and interior designers (with a few weddings thrown in for good measure) and now as a realtor in Philadelphia. He has spent significant time living in the Asia-Pacific region and in France. Licensed in Pennsylvania since 2016, John now has a business balanced between residential and commercial real-estate sales.
Now a dual citizen of the United States and Canada, John lives in Philadelphia and though he knows the city’s neighborhoods well, he has a special interest in Fishtown, Northern Liberties and such developing areas as Brewerytown, Francisville and Graduate Hospital. He is based in Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty’s Rittenhouse Square office.
