Donald Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Kim Woehr-Kates has joined the company’s Bucks County office in New Hope, Pa.
“Kim is an agent whom I have long held in the highest regard,” said Pearson. “She was always a very good competitor, and we are fortunate to welcome her and her clients to Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.”
Born and raised in Bucks County, Kim earned her New Jersey and Pennsylvania real-estate licenses in 1992. She quickly became one of the greater Delaware Valley’s most consistently successful real-estate professionals, rocketing to the top of the ranks at her previous company. She has sold some of the area’s most noteworthy and valuable properties, most recently Gateshead Farm on Meetinghouse Road in Solebury Township. Her knowledge of the market, including residential and commercial and equine properties, is a testament to the long hours and dedication she gives to each and every client.
Kim provides best-in-class representation regardless of price, from rentals to multi-million-dollar estates. Being available to her clients and maintaining open communication is not only a key to her success, it’s a big part of what she loves about her careers.
“Creating relationships, knowing every detail of a property, the satisfaction of bringing parties to the closing table — this is what motivates me, and I look forward to expanding my career with the luxury brand Sotheby’s International Realty,” says Kim.
