Donald Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, is pleased to announce that experienced agent Tim Shannon has joined the company’s Bucks County office. A resident of Historic Bethlehem, Tim represents clients throughout Upper Bucks, Saucon Valley and the Lehigh Valley. He has been licensed since 2012 and quickly became a top performer at his previous company.
“Tim’s professionalism and track record speak for themselves,” says Pearson. “He has experience representing clients on both the buy and sell sides and in a variety of price points. His commitment to serving his clients’ interests fits well with our company and brand.”
Before starting his career in real estate, Tim worked for more than 20 years in the Washington D.C., lobbying industry. In Washington he worked for a variety of organizations, including a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company as well as a Wall Street research firm. He brings a broad range of management, finance and negotiating skills to his real-estate career. He is fluent in German, having lived there for 10 years.
Over the past few years he has helped buyers and sellers in a variety of price ranges in the Lehigh Valley and Upper Bucks County. Tim’s move from his family’s farm in Bucks County to historic Bethlehem was depicted in a December 2015 episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters.”
Tim has a marketing degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Georgetown University.
